All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 1- 2 working days of placing your order and full payment is received. We will endeavour to get your product to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, orders will not be dispatched on public holidays or weekends, these orders will be sent out within the next 1-2 business days.
Your shipping costs will be calculated at check out, and based on size and weight, however, if your order is over $150, shipping is free.
We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order, along with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order all the way
Deliveries to the North Island should take 1-2 days to get to you once dispatched. The South Island will be 2 – 3 days from dispatch. Please note rural deliveries might take an extra day
Please provide a physical address as we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
All parcels require a signature on delivery, for peace of mind for both you and us. If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left by the Carrier with alternative pick up or delivery options.
Although unlikely, we may deliver the products in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery, but if this is the case, we will let you know at the soonest possible time.
When your products arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Products have been damaged in transit, you can refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
