Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can email us on info@asantehomeware.co.nz  with your invoice number and reason for returning the product.

We will be more than happy to offer you a refund, exchange the product or provide you with a credit.

You will need to return the product to us within 7 days of you receiving it, otherwise, unfortunately you won’t be eligible for an exchange, refund or credit. It is also important that the product is returned to us in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and original packaging. If items do not have their tags and original packaging, the return may be rejected.

When returning a product, the postage cost will be your responsibility, unless the item is damage or faulty (in which case, see below details about handling these claims). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

We do our utmost to ensure that products are dispatched to you in perfect condition, however if for some reason they are damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. You can email us on info@asantehomeware.co.nz with your invoice number.

If the product is damaged or faulty, you will need to return it to us within 7 days of you receiving it. It is also important that the product is returned to us in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and original packaging. If items do not have their tags and original packaging, the return may be rejected.

For damaged or faulty products, we will give you the option of a refund, a credit or replacement of the product. We will also refund the shipping costs of returning the products to us.

 

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange, credit or refund requests for products purchased on sale, unless the products arrive damaged or faulty.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned
